Article 1. Purpose

ipCharge is a brand created by ICAMGROUP BV,

These terms govern the sales by ipCharge of virtual/digital products such as recharges, digital gift cards, tickets, and similar items.

Any purchase made by third parties (referred to as "the purchaser") from ipCharge are subject to the general terms and conditions of sale outlined below (referred to as "the Conditions").

By placing an order with ipCharge, the purchaser agrees to these Conditions of sale.

If any clause within these general Conditions is modified or nullified, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

Article 2 - Orders

Orders are placed, by the purchaser, online on our website: ipcharge.be

The contractual information will be confirmed at the latest when your order is validated.

ipCharge reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received.

Article 3 - Validation of Your Order

Any order appearing on the website ipcharge.be implies adherence to these Terms and Conditions. Any confirmation of order entails your full and complete adherence to these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. You declare to have full knowledge of it. The order confirmation will be worth signing and accepting the operations carried out. A summary of your order information and these Terms and Conditions will be sent to you in PDF format via the email address confirming your order.

Article 4 - Payment

The payment of your purchases is made by credit card through the secure system Wordline or any other payment method offered on our site.

Article 5 - Prices

The prices of our products and services are indicated in Euro including all taxes (VAT included), unless otherwise stated and excluding handling and service fees.

Article 6 - Availability

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the site ipcharge.be and within the limits of available stocks.

For non-stocked products, our offers are valid subject to availability at our suppliers. In case of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will get "--pending--" status, and you will be delivered as soon as the product become available, you can proceed for cancellation (Article 8).

Article 7 - Delivery

Delivery is made only against the advance payment.

The digital products are delivered to the email address provided during the ordering process. Also, the purchaser can find his purchases in his dashboard.

In case of delay in delivery, an email will be sent to inform you of any impact on the delivery time that was indicated to you.

Article 8 - Cancellation

In accordance with legal provisions, in case of delayed delivery, you have the possibility to cancel the order.

If you receive the product in the meantime, we will proceed to its reimbursement under condition :

the product is not yet used, even partially, and the operator provider has the possibility to disable the product, otherwise the product cannot be returned or reimbursed. ipCharge can cancel a sale at any time if the product ordered is (temporarily) unavailable, unless the purchaser accepts delivery of a product of replacement. In case of a refund, ipCharge reserves the right to request additional information on the consumer (e.g.: copy of his identity card, copy of his credit card, proof of residence, bank account number, etc.). All refunds will be made within 15 days of acceptance by ipCharge.

Article 9 - Liability

The products offered comply with current Belegium legislation. The responsibility of (ICAMGROUP BV) cannot be engaged in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you intend to order. Furthermore, ICAMGROUP BV cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product. Finally, the responsibility of ICAMGROUP BV cannot be engaged for all the inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network, in particular a service break, an external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

For international recharges, the purchaser must give the phone number in question. ipCharge will not reimburse the purchaser if he gives the wrong number. In the event of a technical error attributable to ipCharge, the customer will be reimbursed.

For international recharges, the operator of the country of the prepay card to be recharged may have temporary technical problems at the moment the customer makes the purchase and the card may not be recharged at that precise moment. In this case, ipCharge will contact the customer and the operator to resolve the problem as quickly as possible in order that the recharge can go through.

The guarantees given by ipCharge are always and only those of the manufacturer or service provider.

Article 10. Supremacy

ipCharge can suspend or cancel the execution of the order at any time, after informing the purchaser in writing, without ipCharge being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.

Article 11 - Personal Data

ICAMGROUP BV reserves the right to collect personal information and personal data concerning you.

They are necessary for the management of your order, as well as for the improvement of the services and information we send you.

They may also be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relations, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing, and payment. Article 12 - Archiving Proof

ICAMGROUP BV will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a true copy in accordance with the provisions of law Articles. The computerized registers of ICAMGROUP BV will be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.
